Noah Seidman, of Water Fuel LLC, is proud to present consolidating analysis of data produced by Sandia National Laboratories. A Recent article in the Physics Review Online Archive is referenced on the included website at the bottom of this release.

/Power and Energy PR News/ - BAYSIDE, NY, December 23, 2006 - The data pertains to the "voltage breakdown" of water, and explicitly details the exact parameters necessary to achieve such a feat. Noah Seidman has processed the data from the Sandia National Labs journal article, and created a detailed breakdown for immediate release.

• Capacitor plates spaced 5 millimeters apart
• A magnitude of 149.76 kilovolts.
